Return Policy

We welcome returns on the following terms -

§ A wrong product has been dispatched and if a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.

§ If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product.

§ If the product is received by you in a damaged condition.

§ Kindly send us the image of the product via WhatsApp on +91 8000 693 693 received within an hour after receiving the product.

 Breakages

In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture of the product via WhatsApp to the numbers mentioned below and it will be taken care of immediately. +91 8000 693 693.

Please consider these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product even if it is broken. This is for our reference purpose.

Cancellation

In case of any cancellation, you will be issued a credit note of an equivalent amount valid for 3 months only from the date of invoice generation.

There is no cash refund.
