Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages in DELHI NCR. Since our products are highly fragile, we create bespoke packages for our orders.

Delivery charges include packaging charges and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of it is borne by us, Habios.

Shipping is charged on invoice value and are as follows -

§ Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 99

§ Rs. 1000 - Rs. 4999 - Rs. 149

§ Rs. 5000 - Rs. 9999 - Rs. 199

§ Above Rs. 10000 - Free 

DELIVERIES

All orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 days of order confirmation by our in-house logistics team.

All orders for the Rest of India are handled by us on a case to case basis. Please call our Customer care number on +91-8000693693 and we will assist you with the same.

Our logistics team will attempt to deliver the package on the day and time as requested by you between Monday to Saturday during working hours. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and mobile number.

This will ensure faster and better delivery.

PAYMENTS

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.

We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
